What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, PMP, Six Sigma, and program management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with various learning methodologies and instructional design.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Instructional Design (e.g., CPTD), or HR.
