Senior Talent Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage configurations and upgrades for Greenhouse and Workday platforms.
• Streamline and automate end-to-end hiring processes using ATS and HRIS tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex system breaks and integration errors in TA systems.
• Build technical data flows and validate automated dashboards for data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for TA enablement.

What we're looking for

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and Workday.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites.
• Strong technical skills regarding backend workflows, API architecture, and system integration logic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders across global time zones.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a distributed team.
• Experience managing cross-border data systems and maintaining technology compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Relevant certifications in Workday, Greenhouse, or professional HR technology systems preferred.
