Ideal candidates possess 6+ years of experience in operations or analytics roles within HR or talent acquisition, along with advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization. Experience with ATS, CRM systems, and workforce planning methodologies is preferred.

Proven ability to connect talent acquisition initiatives with broader business objectives.
Strong leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
Ability to lead high-impact projects and optimize systems/processes for efficiency.
Experience developing predictive models and enhancing self-service reporting tools.
Bias for action, capable of delivering insights and impact quickly.
