What you'll do

Maintain ownership of production test flows and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex infrared systems.
Manage test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system-level checkouts to component-level validation.
Develop software for test automation, data analytics, and automated report generation.
Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions to engineering teams.
Generate test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use within the manufacturing execution system.
Analyze test data and document results to identify defects and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision, reliability, and high-quality production standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, and other programming languages.
Experience with test automation and report generation.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware, software, and firmware.
Experience working on projects involving the integration of electrical, opto-mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
