JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Test Engineer, Drones The Manufacturing Test Engineer, Drones joins the Drones team to ensure high-quality production of Bolt, Anvil, and Ghost systems. What you'll do

Maintain ownership of production test flow and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues.
Manage test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system-level checkouts to component-level validation.
Improve existing test systems to increase automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage.
Generate test work instructions for technicians and provide training on equipment use.
Determine root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze test data and document results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
Provide feedback to design engineers for product enhancements based on test outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, or 6+ years of advanced knowledge in lieu of degree.
5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
Experience with contract manufacturers in testing PCBA/electronic assemblies and thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition sensors.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware and experience with PLM, MES, and TES systems.
Experience working on projects involving the integration of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
