What you'll do

Research user scenarios to develop, modify, and execute tests for validating software-hardware features.
Identify and understand key features and shipping criteria by working closely with development teams.
Identify risk areas and design complex test procedures in coordination with global labs and cross-functional groups.
Assess subjective versus objective tests to create automated approaches for validation.
Advocate for fixes and coordinate with engineers across the company to improve product quality.
Report and represent quality assurance concerns in cross-functional meetings and to management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
3 years of Systems Quality Assurance or System Test experience, preferably on consumer-facing Hardware/Software products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including leadership representation.
Detail oriented and organized with a strong discipline of adhering to standards.
Basic understanding of machine learning models and AI applications.
Coding or scripting experience in Python or Bash.
Familiarity with AR/VR concepts and usage of AI tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of tools for data analysis.
