Systems or Software Configuration Analyst, Level 5

What you'll do

• Support configuration management activities across the GMD weapon-system portfolio for software and hardware.
• Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for identification, control, and reporting.
• Perform release engineering tasks to ensure software operating parameters comply with hardware configurations.
• Design and implement build procedures to support software product development and use.
• Complete software configuration management and media integrity checks.
• Uphold configuration control and certify baseline revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor configuration-data repositories to maintain data integrity, traceability, and security.
• Operate and plan within an Agile development environment to meet program milestones.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management.
• Must have a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management.
• Must have an active DOD Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have demonstrated experience with configuration management standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, CMII) and baseline management.
• Must have experience using configuration and data management tools in a highly regulated industry.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work in an in-person/closed-area environment.
• Must be able to travel 10% of the time to support business needs.
