Systems Engineer - Product Integration

What you'll do

• Lead system integration activities across components and modules to ensure performance, operability, and compliance.
• Manage product requirements including development, flow down, traceability, and alignment with partners.
• Drive validation and verification activities including test planning and the collection of evidence.
• Define and communicate technical requirements for modules, components, and external subcontractors.
• Manage interfaces between various components and teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Conduct risk trades to balance technical performance, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain oversight of product configuration through established management and control processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a relevant engineering function.
• Experience in systems engineering, product integration, requirements management, validation and verification, or related technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions and coordinate technical activities involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship status is required.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export-control regulations (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• Strong oral and written communication skills (preferred).
• Experience with requirements management, interface management, system integration, and configuration control (preferred).
