As a Systems Administrator supporting PACAF A2Y at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, you will join a critical team responsible for maintaining and modernizing enterprise-level services such as Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, UNIX systems, and more. This role requires a strong background in DoD information security policies, Air Force intelligence systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Server environments, VMware, Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint, along with an active TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level II certification.

What you'll do

Maintain and optimize core enterprise services including Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, UNIX systems, and backup environments.
Perform daily system monitoring to ensure availability and compliance with AF JWICS SOPs.
Administer enterprise-level backup operations (AVAMAR) and support VMware-based virtualized environments.
Manage enterprise patch distribution via SCCM, WSUS, and Tanium to ensure zero vulnerability incidents.
Oversee enterprise-level AD replication, schema changes, OU hierarchy management, and NetIQ DRA administration.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI clearance required on day one.
At least 4 years of experience in C4I systems administration or equivalent education and certifications.
DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II (Security+) certification.
Strong understanding of DoD information security policies including COMPUSEC, INFOSEC, and MLS.
Experience with Air Force intelligence systems such as GALE and GCCS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Server environments, VMware, Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
