What you'll do

Provide primary support for LMR Zone Core equipment including servers, network switches, routers, and storage devices.
Execute planned system maintenance, patching activities, and coordinate necessary reboots for critical systems.
Manage the transmission of data backups between critical servers and Backup and Recovery (BAR) servers.
Perform first-level troubleshooting, case management, and documentation for all reported technical issues.
Maintain, program, and repair radio repeaters and dispatch consoles for trunked and conventional LMR systems.
Track system integrations, validate remote site work, and update network diagrams and metadata.
Support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process by gathering information for cybersecurity accreditation.
Generate administrative reports to support recurring contracts and provide one-time reports as requested by management.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license without traffic violations.
Minimum of five years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT System Administration.
Minimum of three years of Radio Frequency (RF) experience.
Minimum of two years of Networking experience for Wide and Local Area Networks.
One or more required technical certifications: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP.
