System Integration & Test Engineer joins the Systems Test Engineering team within the Government division to ensure the seamless integration and robust performance of complex hardware, software, and network components. This role involves designing, developing, and executing system-level test plans, performing integration testing to validate functionality, and analyzing results to identify root causes of failures. The engineer will develop automated test scripts and tools while serving as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Key technical skills include experience with 3G, 4G, or 5G cellular protocols, mobile operating systems like Android and iOS, and programming in C/C++, C#, or Java. Additionally, the role requires proficiency with RF measurement, network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark and iPerf, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies to support verification and validation activities in lab and field environments.
Design, develop, and execute system-level test plans for integrated hardware and software systems.
Perform integration testing to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
Analyze test results to identify root causes of failures and drive corrective actions.
Develop automated test scripts and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Support system verification and validation activities in both lab and field environments.

What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance and access to classified information.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of experience, OR Master's degree and 1+ year of experience, OR PhD.
Experience in cellular protocols such as 3G, 4G, or 5G (preferred).
Exposure to mobile platform operating systems including Android and iOS (preferred).
Programming skills in C/C++, C#, or Java (preferred).
Familiarity with RF measurement, network protocol analyzer tools like Wireshark, and iPerf (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred).
