Mission Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the planning and execution of compliance and certification tasks with U.S. government entities.
• Produce accreditation and authorization deliverables that comply with applicable regulations on tight timelines.
• Prepare design, analysis, and test data packages and briefings for government representatives.
• Identify technical and schedule issues and develop handling plans to drive them to closure.
• Coordinate certification requirements with technical teams to ensure work aligns with customer expectations.
• Act as the primary customer interface and security liaison to develop and refine security requirements.
• Distill customer requirements into actionable development objectives for all phases of the program.
• Organize and lead program milestone reviews and technical interchange meetings.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or computer science.
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or mission integration engineering.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee eligible for Department of State authorization.
• Experience developing high-assurance systems (preferred).
• Experience interfacing with U.S. government customers on technical certification, accreditation, or high-scrutiny reviews (preferred).
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with external customers, preferably U.S. Government (preferred).
• Prior work on space, defense, or other security- or safety-critical systems (preferred).
