What you'll do

  • Manage the planning and execution of security compliance and certification tasks with U.S. government entities.
  • Produce accreditation and authorization deliverables that comply with applicable regulations on tight timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to develop technical rationales and mitigate risks to keep programs on schedule.
  • Act as the primary customer interface and liaison for mission stakeholders regarding security requirements.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable development objectives for internal technical teams.
  • Lead program milestone reviews, technical interchange meetings, and regular working group sessions.
  • Prepare design, analysis, and test data packages for presentation to government representatives.
  • Defend technical positions with evidence during meetings, tests, and formal reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or mission integration engineering.
  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
  • Experience developing high-assurance systems (preferred).
  • Experience interfacing with U.S. government customers on technical certification, accreditation, or similar reviews (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in customer-facing technical writing and briefings (preferred).
  • Prior work on space, defense, or other security- or safety-critical systems (preferred).
