Use profiling tools like eBPF and perf to identify and eliminate system bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

You must have 5+ years of professional experience with Rust, Go, or C++.
You must be able to write code that respects CPU and memory constraints.
You must be comfortable with the Linux networking stack, including TCP/IP, TLS, and WebSockets.
You must understand database internals, including connection lifecycles, transaction states, and wire protocols.
You must be able to debug complex, distributed systems for high reliability.
You must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship.
Experience with PgBouncer, ProxySQL, or custom database middleware (preferred).
Experience with eBPF, perf, or other profiling tools to find and kill bottlenecks (preferred).
