As a System Design Analyst II-Clinical Systems, you will join the Clinical Data Strategy Organization to ensure successful delivery of program and study level accountabilities. Your daily work involves managing the on-time design and integration of clinical systems such as EDC, IRT, and ePRO while utilizing project management tools to track progress. The role requires deep expertise in CDASH and SDTM standards, along with extensive experience in Medidata RAVE technical study builds. You will navigate complex clinical trial processes, ensuring compliance with GCPs and ICH Guidelines. This position focuses on solving data flow challenges within the clinical trials domain by coordinating cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across various therapeutic programs.

What you'll do

Develop and enforce common data standards for clinical trial systems and protocol requirements.
Establish and maintain methodologies for designing clinical trial systems based on industry standards.
Manage the on-time design, integration, and delivery of new clinical systems like EDC, IRT, and ePRO.
Track study progress using project management tools to identify and resolve risks to timelines or quality.
Ensure all work products comply with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and internal SOPs.
Lead cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives within the organization.
Coach and mentor team members to support their professional skill development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent.
Master's degree (preferred).
At least 5 years of hands-on technical study build experience in EDC.
Experience with technical study build in Medidata RAVE is required.
Veeva EDC technical study build experience (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM.
Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority and coach or mentor in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
