System Administrator, Intelligence Systems

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain network, computer, and software systems.
• Manage user accounts, system permissions, and policies to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Support new hardware selection, acquisition, installation, and configuration.
• Perform regular backup operations and execute disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Develop and deploy system scripts and tools to automate routine tasks.
• Provide direct onsite customer support for classified IT systems.

What we're looking for

• Experience maintaining and upgrading physical hardware in classified IT systems.
• Strong understanding of system updating for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Prior experience with installation and administration of Linux distributions like RedHat, CentOS, or Debian.
• Experience administering Windows servers and workstations, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Knowledge and experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms including VMWare, KVM, and Hyper-V.
• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Must work five days a week onsite at a customer site in Northern Virginia.
