Software Development Engineer, Product Reliability Engineering

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end automation for deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and release orchestration.
• Write production-grade Python code to eliminate manual toil and create self-managing systems.
• Manage relational database operations including schema design, performance tuning, patching, and recovery.
• Build GenAI-powered engineering assistants and integrate LLMs into observability and incident response workflows.
• Create real-time monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Implement self-healing and auto-scaling capabilities to maintain high-availability for global payment infrastructure.
• Ensure all infrastructure and data platforms meet strict security and compliance standards for financial services.
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and engineering guides to improve team autonomy and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and comfort writing scripts or tools in at least one additional language like Go, Java, or Bash (preferred).
• Foundational understanding of relational databases, including SQL, data modeling, and query optimization (preferred).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and meaningful command-line fluency (preferred).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and conceptual understanding of containerization (preferred).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software delivery pipelines (preferred).
