What you'll do

Design, develop, and test AI applications and services using the Watsonx platform.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Implement secure software solutions that comply with IBM’s security policies and standards.
Build scalable applications on IBM Cloud infrastructure.
Integrate AI components into larger systems by collaborating with designers and architects.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What we're looking for

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
Experience as a full stack developer with knowledge of backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, and Java.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTTP, REST, JSON, HTML, Ajax, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
Basic understanding of LLM prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
