Supply/Demand Planner, OCI Networking

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end long-range demand planning models at the customer, initiative, SKU, and geographic levels.
• Create demand plans based on strategic goals, market trends, and inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop prioritized mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain stability.
• Provide data analysis and insights to management and finance teams to support the corporate S&OP process.
• Produce routine and ad hoc demand reports for senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
• Maintain and improve demand planning review processes to increase overall forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to translate planning processes into system models for resource planning.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Extensive experience developing demand plans and forecasts for new and existing products.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning for server, storage, and networking products.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills to build complex forecasting models and perform expert-level data analytics.
• Experience with infrastructure hardware including memory, CPUs, JBODs, servers, and related technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret product BOMs and technical documentation.
• Previous cloud experience (preferred); working proficiency in SQL (preferred).
