What you'll do

Serve as the WMS subject matter expert and point of contact for Supply Chain Inventory Management Systems.
Develop strategic plans for WMS implementation and continuous enhancement, collaborating with IT/Corp Tech teams.
Gather requirements, track bugs, manage backlog, and prioritize enhancements for the WMS to optimize warehouse operations.
Drive adoption on the warehouse floor through comprehensive documentation, training sessions, and ongoing user support.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Business Systems team to ensure streamlined implementation of process innovation and system changes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Business Systems implementations and continuous enhancement.
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Warehouse/Inventory teams.
Proven ability to own and drive complex programs or projects for at least 8 years.
Experience working closely with IT/Corp Tech teams on system enhancements.
