What you'll do

Manage daily demand signaling, ordering, and inventory levels for various product lines.
Resolve supply issues by coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for assigned product lines.
Align business growth forecasts with actual production demand plans.
Analyze material health data to inform key decisions for cross-functional teams.
Maintain master data and develop processes within MRP systems.
Drive strategic initiatives for inventory optimization and advanced demand modeling.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business field.
3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience managing complex value chains and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Technical expertise including the ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
