What you'll do

• Defines overall vision and strategy for complex technical programs in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Partners across functions to prioritize, plan, track, and execute cross-functional projects while maintaining quality focus.
• Drives software releases, testing, documentation, and feature implementation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Allocates resources including personnel and budgets to support project teams in achieving strategic objectives.
• Engages with executive leadership to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations for technical projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding and application of Agile methodology and Scrum principles.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA for tracking and documentation.
• Demonstrated capability in risk management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Effective communication skills to engage executive leadership and stakeholders regularly.
• Preferred certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP).
