The Supplier Quality Project Manager is a hands-on role within the Supplier Quality team, responsible for designing and deploying new processes across various Anduril facilities. Own end-to-end process development for supplier quality initiatives across facilities.
Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing experts and facilitating workshops.
Design new business processes, including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope and manage execution from start to finish.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates during deployment phases.
What we're looking for
2+ years of progressive experience in process design, business process improvement, or program management within aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment across multiple facilities.
Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption across organizations.
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering and working with ambiguous problems and diverse stakeholders.
