What you'll do

Define and execute quality processes for sub-sea components and battery systems.
Drive supplier process development and qualification for high-volume production.
Provide design for manufacturability feedback to internal teams during product development.
Oversee supplier quality management, including incoming and outgoing inspection processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable supply for programs.

What we're looking for

2+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in sub-sea electronics and battery manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of IPC-A-610/620, IPC-J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-810 standards.
Experience in Electronic Top Level Assembly (TLA) and PCBA manufacturing processes and test methods.
Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier engagement and quality management.
Secret security clearance required.
Familiarity with high voltage systems and power electronics, including common electrical bus interfaces.
