Supplier Quality Project Manager

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end process development for supplier quality initiatives across facilities.
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering through interviews and workshops.
• Map current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design new business processes, including workflow diagrams and implementation playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in defining scope and managing execution.
• Manage process deployment and change management efforts, including stakeholder communication.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of progressive experience in process design, business process improvement, or program management within aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment across multiple facilities.
• Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption across organizations.
• Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering and working with ambiguous problems and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program and project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, or similar).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
