Supervisor, Product Security Test

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of Product Security Test Engineers through recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee security testing activities including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, fuzz testing, and security research.
• Ensure all security test plans and results are traceable to product requirements and industry standards.
• Partner with development and architecture teams to integrate security throughout the product lifecycle.
• Guide the development of security test tools, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
• Communicate security findings, risks, and recommendations to engineering and business leaders.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and stay current on industry best practices and tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 10% of the time.
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in people leadership, supervisory, or engineering management (preferred).
• Relevant experience in product security, security testing, embedded systems, or related technical fields (preferred).
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Practical experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security verification/validation (preferred).
• Familiarity with hardware debugging, industrial communication protocols, and security tools like Burp Suite or Nmap (preferred).
