What you'll do

  • Support the Demand to Renew Program in developing and managing change management activities.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new ways of working and develop persona profile slides.
  • Develop a communication plan based on release milestones.
  • Create supporting communication materials as outlined in the Communication Plan.
  • Capture feedback post go-live and recommend next steps for iteration.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational design, or business impact measurement.
  • Expertise in the Prosci ADKAR® Model for change management processes.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and program management.
  • Strong communication skills to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
