What you'll do

  • Translate complex business requirements into structured Markdown Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

  • Gather user requirements, develop user stories, and define acceptance criteria using Agile practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review code syntax and API integrations.
  • Identify clients’ business needs and guide the team in fulfilling these through deployable features.
  • Synthesize feedback from multi-disciplinary teams into rapid product iterations.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience as Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in Agile environment.
  • Proficient with AI-assisted coding and product design tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into detailed PRDs using Given, When, Then formatting.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals including Role, Context, Constraints, Output Format.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery practices and standard Markdown or Git workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
