What you'll do

Create and maintain System Behavior Technical Specifications using BDD principles.
Lead triad meetings with stakeholders for effective communication and decision-making.
Provide technical leadership on PTMA system behavior, focusing on arbitration strategy.
Define and maintain arbitration logic for competing thermal demands in electric vehicles.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between subsystem requirements and verification strategies.
Maintain technical communication with third-party suppliers for the Arbitration domain.
Participate in debugging issues observed during vehicle testing.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience in automotive systems, controls, software, or requirements engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent decision-making ability.
Experience with requirements engineering in automotive or related industries.
Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
Master’s degree or PhD in relevant engineering field, 8+ years experience in thermal systems.
Hands-on experience with DOORS/DNG for requirement management.
