What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership on PTMA system behavior, focusing on arbitration strategy.
  • Define and maintain arbitration logic for competing thermal demands in electric vehicles.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between subsystem requirements and verification strategies.
  • Maintain technical communication with third-party suppliers for the Arbitration domain.
  • Participate in debugging issues observed during vehicle testing.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in automotive systems, controls, software, or requirements engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent decision-making ability.
  • Experience with requirements engineering in automotive or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in relevant engineering field, 8+ years experience in thermal systems.
  • Hands-on experience with DOORS/DNG for requirement management.
