What you'll do
Lead complex sub-system analysis to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain Behavioral Test Specifications for applicable subsystems.
Decompose high-level requirements into lower-level requirements with System Engineers.
Develop detailed SysML diagrams in Rhapsody to support solution function development.
Lead root cause analysis for sub-system related issues and translate solutions into new or revised requirements.
Collaborate with V&V engineers to review requirements and software implementation for compliance.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety Critical System Engineering.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with independent judgment.
Experience with Requirements Engineering in automotive or aerospace industries.
Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and MBSE principles.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Experience with requirements management tools like Doors, DNG, Markdown.
Proficiency in Model Based Systems Engineering and SysML Tools.
