What you'll do

Lead complex sub-system analysis to define functional requirements using BDD principles.
Create and maintain Behavioral Test Specifications (BTS) documents for subsystems.
Decompose high-level system requirements into detailed lower-level requirements.
Develop SysML diagrams in Rhapsody to support solution function development.
Conduct root cause analysis for subsystem issues and translate solutions into new requirements.
Collaborate with V&V engineers to ensure compliance of software implementation with requirements.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety Critical System Engineering.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Requirements Engineering in automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering principles.
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Doors, DNG, Markdown.
Experience with change management tools like Jira, GIT.
Understanding of automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
