What you'll do

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to drive direct and indirect channel performance and initiatives.
  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex business execution challenges requiring analytical skills and knowledge of indirect channels.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise on scaling indirect channel growth within Merchant Services for large-scale solutions.
  • Facilitate decision making in team meetings, governance forums, and steering committees to support implementation of plans.
  • Drive business development execution by assessing partner usage, identifying growth opportunities, and prioritizing partners aligned with strategy.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience with ISV, referral, reseller, technology partner models in merchant services or fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem including acquiring, gateways, risk management, compliance, and servicing.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills for preparing materials for senior leaders and external partners.
  • Experience supporting partner onboarding, certification, implementation readiness, or integration governance.
