What you'll do

  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex business execution challenges requiring analytical skills and knowledge.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise on scaling indirect channel growth within Merchant Services.
  • Facilitate team meetings, governance forums, and steering committees for decision making and implementation.
  • Drive business development by assessing partner usage, identifying growth opportunities, and prioritizing partners.
  • Evaluate and recommend certification to existing platforms with clear selection criteria and expected sales impact.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Extensive knowledge of indirect sales channels and partner models in merchant services
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex business execution challenges
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Experience with payments ecosystem components including risk, compliance, and integration
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling third-party sales channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leaders and external partners
