Stakeholder Manager and Subject Matter Expert

What you'll do

• Provide on-site support and data reconciliation for the Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment.
• Provide technical expertise on research, process definition, and system interfacing for the NCAT Cloud-based system.
• Update system handbooks and provide technical training to client and contractor teams.
• Establish contacts at various locations and provide oversight for those sites.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions for the system.
• Ensure current configuration data is maintained within the NCAT system.
• Make experience-based recommendations for system improvements to project leadership.
• Mentor and share expertise with other Stakeholder Managers.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst.
• Experience with program or IT project management.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Web applications.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Experience training technical and non-technical users on use of technical tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of DoD and DoE acquisition processes, policies and procedures (preferred).
• Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials (preferred).
• Knowledge of AF Instructions and Manuals (preferred).
• Master's degree (preferred).
