What we're looking for

  • Experience implementing metadata governance frameworks for structured and unstructured data in cloud-based environments.
  • Experience tracking data lineage and ensuring metadata synchronization across Data Catalogs, ESRI Kubernetes, and enterprise repositories.
  • Experience using OpenLineage, Apache Atlas, or other tools for metadata and data lineage management.
  • Experience enforcing compliance with DoD metadata policies and NSG tradecraft standards for geospatial datasets.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, or GIS is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or geospatial data integration may substitute for a degree.
  • Preferred experience working in DoW or IC environments.
  • Experience with RMF/ATO processes or certifications like CDMP, DGSP, or ESRI Geospatial Data Management are preferred.
