Staff/Sr. Software Engineer, Performance Testing Platform joins the Developer Experience team to build and scale a performance testing platform used across the organization. This role involves designing, developing, and operating infrastructure that allows developers to test, measure, and validate search features before they reach production. You will build traffic capture and replay tools, develop load-generation systems, and create pipelines to process large volumes of performance data at scale. What we're looking for

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Statistical/analytical experience projecting how dev-environment results map to production behavior (preferred).
Hands-on experience designing load test frameworks including traffic capture/replay and concurrency control (preferred).
Experience with observability tooling, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
