What we're looking for
- Must have 7+ years of experience building web applications where performance was a critical requirement.
- Must possess deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, including knowledge of engine internals, memory management, and garbage collection.
- Must have hands-on experience profiling and optimizing browser rendering pipelines, including layout, paint, and compositing.
- Must be able to diagnose jank, long tasks, and main-thread contention.
- Must have experience building high-frequency, real-time UI components that handle streaming data while maintaining frame rates.
- Experience with Canvas, Web Workers, or WebSockets is preferred for handling real-time data.
- Must be fluent in performance tooling such as Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, flame charts, and Core Web Vitals.
