What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in defense or national security contexts.
  • Strong understanding of shipboard Command and Control systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with business development, customer engagement, or requirements development for Department of War stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills translating between technical and operational communities.
  • Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% working in field environments with operational military units.
