What you'll do

  • Drive technical outcomes by managing system performance, incident response, and after-action analysis.
  • Develop project scope, manage changes, identify risks, and generate project schedules.
  • Provide contract management support including statements of work, change orders, and financial management.
  • Autonomously execute on broad requirements from external clients in a high-paced environment.
  • Lead formal testing efforts by generating test plans and identifying resources needed for integration and debugging.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of robotics experience in technical project management or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to conduct system test, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leading product development from TRL 3-8.
  • Understanding of government contract structure and reporting processes.
  • Experience operating robotic systems offshore and integrating subsea sensors.
  • Secret security clearance required.
