What you'll do

Drive technical outcomes by managing system performance, incident response, and after-action analysis.
Develop project scope, manage changes, identify risks, and generate project schedules.
Provide contract management support including statements of work, change orders, and financial management.
Autonomously execute on broad requirements from external clients in a high-paced environment.
Lead formal testing efforts by generating test plans and identifying resources needed for integration and debugging.

What we're looking for

7+ years of robotics experience in technical project management or systems engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
Ability to conduct system test, integration, and troubleshooting.
Experience leading product development from TRL 3-8.
Understanding of government contract structure and reporting processes.
Experience operating robotic systems offshore and integrating subsea sensors.
Secret security clearance required.
