Program Manager, USMC Air Defense

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain program execution frameworks to ensure alignment across technical and operational teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, ensuring compliance with U.S. and host-nation regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee planning and coordination of CUAS deployments from logistics through on-site activation and long-term sustainment.
• Serve as senior program representative during key deployments, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead after-action reviews to capture lessons learned and improve deployment velocity and quality continuously.
• Coordinate with regulatory stakeholders to support CUAS deployments within DoD and host-nation authorities.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in government program offices or defense programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems.
• Strong operational rigor with the ability to build structured plans and execute against tight timelines.
• Experience working with military and government entities, critical infrastructure operators, or defense customers.
• Exceptional communication skills for briefing senior leadership and customer executives.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Familiarity with airspace regulations, regulatory compliance, and operational integration in U.S. and overseas environments.
