What you'll do

Ensure programs meet requirements, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget constraints.
Manage contracts by handling statements of work, change orders, financials, and data rights.
Execute autonomously on broad and ambiguous requirements from external clients.
Drive technical outcomes through system performance analysis and incident response management.
Develop project scope, manage changes, track risks, and maintain schedules throughout projects.
Serve as the primary interface with DoD/USN customers for technical aspects of Surface Maritime portfolio.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or systems engineering.
Strong background in software development programs and contract/subcontract administration.
Understanding of government contract structure and reporting requirements.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with DoD/USN customers and managing stakeholders.
Secret security clearance required.
Experience in project management using tools like Microsoft Project and Adobe Pro.
