What you'll do

Own execution across the full Embodied AI model lifecycle from research to production.
Drive milestone readiness and performance metrics for model training cycles and program milestones.
Design and implement execution mechanisms enabling faster, more predictable Embodied AI delivery.
Standardize how Embodied AI initiatives are defined, planned, measured, and delivered across teams.
Ensure engineering teams have the necessary data, tooling, clarity, and rigor to meet performance targets.
Deliver executive-level communication on program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles in software/ML environments.
Proven track record leading large-scale AI/ML, autonomy, or complex software system programs.
Strong knowledge of modern model development workflows including data ingestion and curation.
Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, influencing senior leaders.
Exceptional communication skills for translating technical execution into executive narratives.
MS or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Experience working on autonomous driving, ADAS, robotics, or other safety-critical systems.
