Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI initiatives for chip design.

What we're looking for
12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in AI
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with deep AI expertise
Hands-on experience integrating AI systems into real-world workflows
Strong understanding of software engineering, system architecture, and scalable infrastructure
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and influence technical decisions
Experience driving programs from concept through production at scale
Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
