Technical fluency in modern distributed systems to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture, design trade-offs, and sequencing.
Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards and data to guide prioritization and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, high-throughput fintech products, or crypto, web3, and DeFi ecosystems.
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
