Senior Technical Program Manager, Consumer Group

What you'll do

• Develop and execute high-quality program plans with clear milestones and success measures across multiple teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate program progress using data to inform decisions and drive next steps for stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical discussions regarding risk, trade-offs, and gaps to align with program objectives.
• Align cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business functions on shared outcomes.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable project plans that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships across the organization to drive complex technical programs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for internal processes and tools.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience leading technology-focused programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of software architecture and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage program plans, dependencies, and risks in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and provide data-informed communication.
• B.S. in a technical discipline (preferred).
• Agile or CSM experience or training (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
