What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals in building production-grade distributed systems.
Possess strong programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or equivalent languages.
Have experience designing REST APIs, event-driven systems, webhooks, and asynchronous workflows.
Possess hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, or comparable cloud platforms.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data pipelines, caching, messaging/event platforms, and distributed data processing.
Experience integrating AI/ML models and/or LLM APIs into production applications.
Experience with ServiceNow Change Management or comparable ITSM platforms.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
