- Experience designing reliable distributed systems focused on data correctness, performance, and infrastructure evolution.
- Experience designing developer infrastructure specifically for AI or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Ruby, or Python.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and high-quality products for internal or external users.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively through both writing and in-person interaction.
