Staff Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of Salesforce programs and projects.
• Define and enforce internal standards for the design, development, validation, and deployment of solutions.
• Coordinate across functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
• Maintain a framework to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, quality, and security requirements.
• Create and lead a forward-looking roadmap for the Salesforce platform to address current and future needs.
• Lead the engineering of complex platform components and planned technical solutions.
• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data through proactive risk management.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in software engineering or a similar domain.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning, including Aura, LWC, Visualforce, Apex, and related configuration tools.
• Salesforce certifications in multiple domains such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Advanced Admin, and Technical Architect.
• Experience across multiple Clouds with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds being highly desired (preferred).
• Experience with CD/CI tools, data backup solutions, and programming languages like Java, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (preferred).
