What you'll do

Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable computer software systems from inception to completion.
Write clean, functional code for web applications using object-oriented languages and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and UI testing to optimize system performance and resolve critical disruptions.
Manage environment configurations, monitor system health, and maintain production systems using Kubernetes and Cloud Native Infrastructure.
Champion an API-first approach to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and extensibility across software projects.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish development standards within the engineering team.
Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and resolve production incidents and technical escalations.
Design and optimize data structures using SQL, NoSQL databases, and various caching mechanisms.

What we're looking for

Requires a minimum of 8 years of related software development experience, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C# as a full stack developer.
Strong experience with modern Javascript frameworks like React and Angular, HTML, and CSS.
Experience developing and deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure and Kubernetes.
Advanced experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, including designing data structures and caching strategies.
Deep understanding of REST API best practices and advanced strategies for unit, UI automation, and integration tests.
Experience with SaaS offerings in the technology and financial industries (preferred); experience with Flutter (preferred).
