What you'll do

Build AI-native platforms for enterprise users using full-stack development.
Develop backend solutions and user experiences using AI technologies like SageMaker and LangChain.
Design and develop large-scale, distributed systems using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
Implement real-time stream processing using Kafka, Apache Flink, or Apache Spark.
Manage cloud infrastructure and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Conduct design and code reviews while creating comprehensive technical documentation.
Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including CI/CD and DevOps models.
Identify and drive key opportunities to accelerate customer, business, and technology outcomes.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of core development experience.
Advanced experience with Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Stream, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitHub, JUnit 4/5, and Python.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, OpenSearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Apache Flink, or Apache Spark.
Full-stack development experience with AI technologies, including SageMaker, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, and Agentic Engineering.
Experience working with large scale, distributed systems and the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including CI/CD.
Experience with real-time stream processing (preferred).
Experience with data tools and spark frameworks such as PyTorch, Numpy, and Pandas.
