What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools applied to user experiences or backend solutions.
Experience working in teams that have built AI native applications for at least 1 year.
Experience in a cloud computing environment like AWS or GCP (preferred).
Strong mentoring skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex environments while collaborating with global teams across time zones.
